was recognized as the foremost Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) authority on Learning Disabilities, including Attention Deficit Disorder.

The NLP Institute of Oklahoma - Success Skills, Inc. (NLPOK) founded by Dr. Blackerby, has been able to help children and adults of all ages to  be able to learn in ways that better help them succeed their birth-right potential. By helping give them confidence that they can learn, it helps them enjoy school and want to continue to learn and excel.

NLPOK also consults and conducts seminars and joy training with schools, businesses, and agencies in topics such as: Health and Healing Applications, Leadership and Empowerment Skills, Enhancing Memory Techniques, and various topics related to Personal and Professional Communications. By training others they hope to help the school system to better help all children with different levels of learning disabilities, especially those with ADD / ADHD Attention Deficit Disorder and dyslexia.
