I offer a FREE thirty minute introductory phone/e-mail session to make sure that your needs/desires fit my skills/expertise. If WE AGREE that we have a fit, than we can proceed to the next level.
I charge in one of two ways-by the session or by the result.
If our introductory session determines that you have a specific issue that requires one or more set number of sessions, I will charge by the result. In other words, you pay one negotiated fee regardless of how long it takes to achieve the result. The result will be guaranteed-if I get you what you want, you pay one fee. If I do not deliver to you what you want, you do not pay until I do. A couple of examples of this might be to teach a student HOW to learn "spelling words" or "math facts", etc. Another example might be helping with a phobia or "performance anxiety." Another example of this is "Academic Coaching" in which I charge $1495.00 (USA funds) to help a student with multiple academic skills and issues. Some students have only a few, some have many-particularly if they have issues involving learning disabilities such as Dyslexia or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
If our introductory session determines that you have more general or multiple unspecified issues, then the charge will be by the session. The session may range from 30 minutes to several hours. The charge will be at the rate of $150/hour with a minimum of a $150 per session. You may drop out at any time-there are no contracts beyond paying for the current session. The fees are usually paid by credit card-either Visa or Master Card over the telephone or by e-mail, although some can be paid by money order or check (on a USA bank). For larger amounts, arrangements can be made to pay out over time.
For phone sessions, the cost of the phone call will be paid by the client. Some clients decide to travel to the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA area for personal one-on-one life coaching sessions. The coaching fee for these will be the same and arranged only after the free introductory session. All travel and related costs are paid by the client. If a student of 18 years of age or less is involved, they must be accompanied by at least one parent or responsible adult (this is also true for phone coaching with young students).
